Tim Webb CIO, CCO
Tim is the Chief Investment Officer and Managing Partner of RCM Wealth Advisors. Tim has been working as a Portfolio Manager and Advisor to Families and Institutions implementing financial planning strategies and market investment disciplines to help Clients build and maintain wealth and reach financial goals since 2003.
Previous Experience
Tim joined RCM Wealth Advisor in 2012 after merging his firm W2 Wealth Management. Prior to joining RCM Wealth Advisors he worked at Smith Barney & A.G. Edwards in Chicago. He received his B.S. in Management from Indiana University.
Work Responsibilities
As Chairman of the Investment Policy Committee Tim is responsible for Portfolio Construction and Design, oversight of firm Quantitative and Qualitative Research, and the coordination and execution of the firms portfolio functions. As the firms Compliance Officer he is responsible for monitoring business activities and the Investment Advisor Representatives in accordance with SEC regulations. Tim is also responsible for setting the investment strategy and collaborates with our team of investment professionals to develop, design and construct portfolios & asset allocation strategies through a fiduciary lens and due diligence process that supports our client-focused approach. He chairs RCM's corporate benefits division where he consults businesses and organizations with their complicated employee benefits programs by helping them design tailored, comprehensive solutions.
Bobby Schwartz
Bobby is a Managing Partner of RCM Wealth Advisors who services investors on their allocation to alternative based funds in addition to execution and clearing services to hedge funds, mutual funds, UCITS and commercial firms.
Previous Experience
Bobby started his career in the 90's as a floor trader and a broker at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange in the equity futures markets. He was an institutional market maker in the Nasdaq and represented the likes of Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, UBS, Merrill Lynch and Societe Generale. In 2010, Bobby founded RCM Alternatives, a registered Finra/CFTC Broker Dealer with offices in Chicago, Geneva and Shanghai.
Work Responsibilities
Bobby has been responsible for the growth strategy of RCM Wealth Advisors which includes overseeing the firm's M&A process, capital markets, and integration of the different business lines. He specializes in operations, on-shore and off-shore structures, capital markets and investor services. Bobby currently sits on the board of directors of the CME Group PAC and arbitration oversight board.
Katarina Jozwiak
As a Director of Operations, Katarina Jozwiak creates and oversees processes that facilitate client support and coordinate activities related to sales and account servicing. Serving as a Defined Benefit Strategist for RCM Corporate Benefits, Katarina acts as one of the main points of contact for RCM clients. She is a former professional tennis player and a DePaul University Kellstadt Graduate School of Business graduate. Her 10 year experience in the financial industry has enabled her to handle ongoing client relationship management for the company, process implementation as well as compliance management.
Previous Experience and Education
Katarina is a member of the DePaul Athletics Advisory Council given her past experience as a professional tennis player, as well as NCAA Division I Athlete. While attending DePaul, she received her Bachelor’s degree in Finance with a minor in Spanish and further pursued a Master’s degree with a focus in Business and Economics. Katarina was NCAA Woman of the Year nominee and Big East Conference Scholar Athlete of the year. She played for the Serbian National Tennis Team and held ITF and WTA rankings throughout her professional tennis career.

As an operations leader at RCM Corporate Benefits, Katarina helps create efficient and comprehensive strategies designed to manage risks for client’s business, retain best employees and attract new talent. Through daily operations, Katarina manages RCM sales process, client onboarding process, investment selection including monitoring and reviewing, as well as client education.

Katarina’s expertise enabled RCM Advisors to maintain constant growth as a company both internally and externally in the financial services marketplace.
George Tkaczuk M.D., MPH
Dr. George Tkaczuk is a Portfolio Manager at RCM Wealth Advisors, with responsibility for research/analysis and managing portfolios. He has 23 years of investing experience. In 2003 he professionally started managing equity, commodity futures and option accounts for clients. Through his experience, he has developed expertise in trading, research and technical analysis of macro and micro trends.
Previous experience and Education
George received his B.S. from the University of Illinois, his M.D. from American University of the Caribbean School of Medicine, and his M.P.H. from the University of Illinois School Of Public Health. George further pursued his interest in Finance & Economics at the University of Nevada Las Vegas Graduate School Of Business.
George’s market insight has put him in the financial media spotlight and he has been a frequent financial commentator for the CME Group in Chicago, First Business, Fox Business News, Bloomberg, CNBC, CNN, First Business, SKY News, BNN, and most recently a contributor to TradersExclusive.com
George was the winner of the 2020 U.S. Investing Championship in the $1,000,000+ stock division finishing the year at +119.1% return.
Specific work Responsibilities
At RCM, he is responsible for research and managing portfolios. He works mostly with advisors and the investment team designing and selecting investments for our portfolios. George frequently writes market commentary at RCM and publishes a weekly market letter “In the Know”.
Chris Chiu CFA
Christopher Chiu, CFA is the Chief Market Strategist at RCM Wealth Advisors, with primary responsibilities in equity research, analysis, and portfolio management. Overall, he has more than twenty years of investment experience.
Previous Experience and Education
Christopher is a member of the CFA Institute. As an undergraduate he studied political philosophy at Northwestern University and then pursued his master’s degree in finance from DePaul University’s Kellstadt Graduate School of Business. He also has a master’s degree in writing. His current pursuits involve philosophy and ancient Greek.
Specific Work Responsibilities
Christopher is currently a portfolio manager at RCM, where he sits on the firm’s Investment Policy Committee. He is responsible for portfolio construction and design; asset allocation; and he oversees the research and valuation of individual equities in the portfolios. Aside from company research, Chris has worked in the development of equity and option products.
Michael Tosaw
Mike Tosaw is a Financial Advisor at RCM Wealth Advisors, with responsibility for Wealth Management. He has had 15 years experience in the Financial Arena. Through his experience, he has developed expertise in Equity Derivative Options.
Previous Experience and Education
After a brief stint playing football in the NFL, Mike broke into the financial business in 2003 as a financial service rep for MetLife. He received his office “Rookie of the Year” award as a producer. Upon realizing his passion for investing (in particular derivative options), Mike got a job as the Director of Education at optionsXpress. He traveled throughout North America and Europe teaching clients about option strategies.
In 2009, Mike decided to go down the path of helping individual investors as a financial advisor. He has been in that same role ever since. As the author of “Go Long…New Option Strategies for Buy and Hold Investors”, Mike has a unique approach to investing that is not often seen in today’s environment.
He is also active in the financial news media. He is a co-host on “The Option Block”, a bi-weekly podcast available on Itunes and has been quoted in The Wall Street Journal.
Mike received his Bachelors Degree from Missouri Southern University in 1999.

At RCM, he is responsible for Wealth Management and Various Derivative Option Portfolio Management. He works mostly with Clients at RCM, and also manages Options.
Frank Schulz
Frank Schulz is a Portfolio Manager/Options Specialist and Investment Advisor with responsibility for portfolio management for individual and institutional clients. He has over 11 years of experience in the financial services industry.
Previous Experience and Education
Prior to joining RCM Wealth Advisors he was with Wells Fargo Advisors for three years as a Financial Advisor, with Citigroup for almost six years in the role of VP/Financial Center Manager and two years as a Branch Manager with JP Morgan Chase. He serves on the Board of Directors of The Center for Advancing Domestic Peace, a not-for-profit corporation dedicated to ending domestic abuse.
Specific Work Responsibilities
At RCM he is responsible for the development and execution of RCMWA Managed Options Programs, portfolio management for individual and institutional clients as well as developing and managing corporate retirement/benefits plans.
Collin Armold
Collin Armold is a former D1 / Independent baseball player who enjoys working with a team and is motivated by the opportunity to establish a long term relationship with clients along with helping them achieve what they view as important. Collin strives to be an integral part in helping RCM clients establish a plan, reach their financial goals, and solve financial problems they may have. He takes pride in having a personal relationship with clients and being aware of their needs and what is meaningful to them.
Previous Experience and Education
Prior to joining the RCM team, Collin was involved with brokering steel throughout the Northwest. He studied Organization Leadership and Supervision while playing baseball at Purdue University in West Lafayette and finished with a bachelor's degree from Alcorn State University.

Collin has a hybrid role involving client services, marketing, and operations.
Jacob Moss
Introduction
Jake is an Investment Advisor at RCM with responsibility for the Kansas branch. Jake has ten years in the investment industry with an expertise in agriculture estate planning.
Work Responsibilities
Jake is responsible for management of client assets and 401(k)'s. Under his expertise, RCM Kansas has grown to over $14 million in AUM since the Kansas branch started in November of 2020 and has been managed by him year to date.
Brady Lawrence
Brady Lawrence is an Agriculture Market Specialist and Financial Advisor that focuses on customer relationship management, addressing individual financial goals and needs, while helping grow the business. Brady is a key member of the team supporting our branch offices across the country to streamline both their farm management and operations. Brady became an AP of RCM after earning his Series 3 in 2016 and an investment advisor representative of RCMWA in December 2022. Working with individuals and businesses to plan for the future, set goals, and establish retirement accounts. Brady graduated from the University of Mississippi with a B.B.A in Economics in May of 2018 and holds his Series 3 and Series 65 serving the agriculture community, Chicagoland area and Nashville, TN.
